Definition of organic food.
💫 Organic food are those which are completely natural and organic and requires less use of a scientific method like less use of chemical fertilizers, and chemical pesticides for their synthesis or production. Due to this way of production they are also known as ecological or organic farming💫
Organic food is full of nutrients and rich in vitamins, which is what make's it very healthy and very important in our life, so we should eat it.
What is the difference between organic and non-organic food?
The difference between organic and non-organic food has to do with how food is produced. For example, organic foods like vegetables, fruit, eggs, milk, and meat are produced without chemicals.
As both organic and non-organic foods have the same amount of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, but the actual difference is that organic food is natural and synthetic on the other hand, non-organic foods require actual fertilizers and chemical fertilizers.
Organic food is concerning food that comes from nature, and biological food is food and drinks produced by methods complying with the standards of organic farming. Standards vary worldwide, but organic farming features practices that cycle resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity.
